Usually a staff member will answer the telephone during office hours. Otherwise, a recording will direct you to the voice mail numbers for the general mailbox and for each staff member.
Hours:
The Bell Action Network and the Bell Policy Center are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time. The center is closed on holidays.
